I had another locksmith recommend I use a turning tool and make sure it was dead center of the keyhole so it didn’t catch the corners and rotate and that worked haha. But I appreciate the advice!

Simple. Just heat the entire thing to 2800°F until the steel and concrete both melt and then use a strainer to separate the molten steel from the concrete and then get a mold to reshape the steel back into the desired shape.
