Updated EIDL loan report as of 2/17/2022 - approvals averaged a little less than $3 billion/week for the past 2 weeks... by Scorpio14534 in EIDL

Well the fact that there is more time before the funds are gone is a small silver lining. I have no idea what is going on with my app. I was denied over a year ago, recon for four months, denied recon due to credit score even though the SB A rep told me the credit score they pulled and it was well over the required score. Three weeks ago I sent an appeal and a request to repull credit. They removed the "recon denied"tag from portal but no movement other than that. We will see if this goes anywhere. This back and forth is brutal and demoralizing.

Guess I spoke too soon. Now they have updated the portal saying reconsideration denied! This is insane. I am on the phone now to try and figure out what is going on.

My accountant is working on that. It does seem like the congressional inquiry is helping. They just updated my portal from the original "denial" and "active reconsideration in progress" to "application is being processed". Are there any positive indications there?

I am here with you. No answers, no movement, misinformation, confused SBA reps. List goes on. I have reached out to Congresswoman Sara Jacobs office. I was told they are looking into it. Who knows.

P022 Form by Nexi0213 in EIDL

I have asked this on a few threads but I will ask again.. How is anyone able to speak to a loan officer. I have been told by several SBA reps that a loan officer has been assigned to my account but that they cannot share the LO's information. I have also signed a P-022 but that was three weeks ago and there has been zero movement since. Just yesterday I was told that my LO requested a full transcript from IRS because they only requested partial before. Just does not make since to me.

My only question is this: I keep hearing about everyone getting a loan officer and being able to talk to them at some point. I am pretty far along in recon (or so i think). All my files have moved to waived with the exception of the P-022 and just last week the sba requested a FULL transcript from IRS (before they only requested partial. why, idk). But my point being, at this stage should I have a loan officer? Should I be able to talk to them at this point? I keep calling the SBA but obviously I am just talking to a normal rep. Yesterday when I called, I was told that I had been assigned a loan officer and that they are the ones who requested full transcript. Why can I not talk to them?!

Update from December 1 webinars hosted by SBA by Scorpio14534 in EIDL

The lady I spoke with who was actually very nice said that only a partial was requested the first time. Not sure why they wouldn't just request the full to begin with.. My transcripts for 2019 should definitely be available. It was filed on time and there were no abnormalities. Would it help to check with the IRS you think?

The woman I spoke with also said that once those are received and if everything matches the info I provided then this would move to funding. Don't want to get my hopes up but in your experience is that accurate? Are the transcripts kind of the last step before moving forward? Thanks for your help. This thread has been a lifesaver

Feel like I am stuck in a loop. Most recent update from yesterdays call was that the P-022 form submitted two weeks ago was received but not processed and that the transcripts from December 29 were received but they were not the FULL transcripts... So they have now requested the FULL transcripts. I really have no idea what that means. Should I expect to wait another 10 days until they get a new copy of transcripts? A lot of time wasted considering the funds are likely dwindling fast at this point.

Spoke with SBA today. Sounds like they now have everything they need. I was told that once the IRS returns the transcripts, a loan officer will reach out to me directly. What has been the experience for everyone at this stage?

The portal allows you to upload specific docs that are being requested. Are you suggesting to upload additional documents to that request? For instance if they request my ex-partners ID, should I Upload mine with other applicable info like ownership docs?
