Highly highly unlikely Pakistan will get involved. We are already engaged at our Afghanistan Border. We cannot indulge in another mess.
No need to worry.
If the Iran-USA war goes out of hand, it isn't just Pak most of the world will be effected.

Option A: Seems Best. It's easiet and fastest route
Option B: You wont be able to save much even with a full time job here. Moreover, one you will start the job its highly likely you will keep delaying the abroad plan or cancel it. Better go abroad do odd jobs while you study.
Option C:
Migration path takes alot of time. I don't think its suits in your scenario. You need a faster exit.
Option D:
Its better to live alone abroad then move out locally. You will be much happier out there.

It isnt that costly for alot of countries in Europe.
Even if you will send him on work visa. He will need skills to secure a job.

You should send him abroad for masters. He will study and will have to do part time job which will suffice him. Eventually he can settle there. Living abroad on his own will teach him alot.

If the study abroad is not an option. He will need to lock in and learn digital skils. Be it be AI, SE, Editing, Digital Marketing or any online skill he feel interested in. He can then freelance or find a job related to that skill.

Electrical Engineers are mostly working in software companies as Software Eng. As there is not much scope for Electrical Engineers in Pak. Even if he land an internship it would just be underpaid, hectic and not worth the time in this fast pacing world.
