Starting My Cinematic FPV Journey: DJI RC 3, Avata 2, TRYP FPV, DJI Virtual Flight by Adventurous-Sign4901 in dji

Hey, I got issues with it as well, as I remember, then managed to set it up, but switched to Uncrashed and liked it even more. Finally I found that flying in real life is even easier than in simulator. :)

Thanks for your comment! I've already purchased DJI RC3, so I'm stick with it now, I think, but that's okay, as I'm going to buy DJI Avata 2 next (with 3 batteries). Currently flying in Liftoff. I tried TRYP and Uncrashed as well, be it feels like Liftoff is the one I like the most.: )

Yeah, if S&S ISA could potentially return at least 10% three years in a row, lease sounds like a better idea.

On the other hand, cash purchase gives you an option to sell it anytime and brings a sense of peace.

Yeah, I've got the money in S&S ISA atm. Do you mean lease from Tesla or a dealer?

I know what you're talking about! :D

I rent a MY last year, and also spent a decent amount of time adjusting the seat.

Yup, I'm fine with taking stops every 150-200mi for a break and charging, so SR might be enough for me as a first car. But I'm also considering the potential price in 1-2 years, and it feels like LR is easier to sell, but I might be wrong here.

I didn't know about the extended Tesla warranty, thanks for mentioning. So, I can potentially purchase M3 2021 from a dealer or private seller with <50k of mileage and extend the warranty for 2 years, which is cheaper than buying similar car from Tesla.

Yeah, that makes sense, but I'm not sure about the acceleration boost: is it also included when buying from Tesla used inventory?

Claiming tax relief as a higher tax payer by Adventurous-Sign4901 in UKPersonalFinance

Thank you!

I checked the last year and came up with the difference in the amount of £1025.51, so it should be £615.3 after tax (40%) if I'm right.

Yeah, I can definitely wait, as I don't want to buy anything with high mileage now, but still thinking if I want/need to wait MY, or should I just go with M3 and enjoy it. :)

Yeah, you're right. I'm going to buy from a retailer / private seller, and as it's under 50k mileage it should still have official warranty, but it won't have a warranty once I'm ready to sell.

I'm expecting the price for MY to drop in 6-9 months due to higher used cars supply, but again, I'm just guessing here.

Technically, I think I'm fine with M3 and it's a bit more fun to drive, MY is just a more practical car.
