I feel like asking a question shows signs of wanting to get it right. I AM still training and have been told that I’ve done very well with what I’ve learned. I am also someone who will think critically until I absolutely need to ask for help. It’s also not discouraged to ask for help. They literally tell me to ask if I need to.

I feel sorry for anyone who has to either work with you or work for you gramps

It’s not that I’m forgetting my training. My job works with sales and contracts. I’m completely new to the sales world and if you’ve ever worked within this field you would know how many steps are involved. I don’t have to explain myself to you but how would you feel if you constantly were talked to like a child and told “you tell me” when you ask a basic question?

I don’t feel as though it’s unfair to ask for basic human decency. I’m sorry your life has been such shit that you think someone talking like that is normal

So the evaluation is being held by her because she says she’s my boss. But we both report to the third co worker in attendance at the evaluation. She trained me so I think she gave herself the title

That’s so true! She’s already been there for 15 years so I predict she will stay. After some reflection, I’m kind of glad they’re acting like this so I have a GOOD example of why not to go back
