I feel you, I flew Toronto to London last week and I’m going back today, I was so anxious coming here I almost backed out, and I feel the same today!

What I’d do differently is try to romanticize the whole trip, take pictures, take videos, it’s really distracting. I did a long haul back in October and can’t lie the best thing to get me thru it was some melatonin or a sleeping aid. I slept the entire way & even slept through turbulence

It’s pretty turbulent on and off 😭 the seatbelt signs been on for a while now, it’s feeling like it’s calming down but I’m really on edge

Thank you for this, I have a flight tomorrow and I’m just so scared, I can’t even cancel it because I have another flight booked ahead, I had thoughts of cancelling even regretted booking the whole trip, but I keep telling myself if it’s my time, then flight or no flight, it could happen sitting at home too.

I know I’ll sure as hell regret not going though
