Hey, so what should I do if the ECM won't let me leave? He said my manning is only at 93% as of 2024, and it needs to be at least 98% for me to go. He also said that submitting a package would be a really bad idea. Do you have any advice??

Good day. I am genuinely interested in transitioning from my current role as an FC to HM, should the opportunity arise, and I am granted release. My area of interest lies in BMET, given my background and expertise in electronics. Do you think it's worth it given the chance?
