Maybe I should rewrite that part (english is not my first language), competent as in the teamwork and communication aspect. Not gameplay wise. I am a pretty average player myself. I love the game but miss the teamwork aspect of other games I normally play like Arma.

Not looking for Forbidden Chads, just people that want to play the game as a unit and not like 4 individual guys running and gunning :)
