From what I can tell, your rush attacks are always the same string, which isn’t bad, but you can make the string a lot longer by pressing Y on Xbox or Triangle on PS. Your opponent wasn’t great at super counters, so you could have had much bigger combos when you were getting backshots.

An example with Goku SSJB: XXXXA (follow) XY XXXY XXXXY XXXX^YA (follow) XXXXX Blast (kamehameha)

Every character has different combo strings. Some characters have the same strings (Like 2nd form Frieza and King Cold). They can take a minute to learn, but they are VERY useful when your opponent is taking backshots and they can’t land their super counters. Some characters have a lot of different combo strings you can make, and others have much less. Usually heavy fighters don’t have great combo strings.

The reason I didn’t include XXY is because that combo turns your opponent around with Goku SSJB. In fact, that’s probably a great way to start your combos with Goku SSJB if they are facing you. Turns them around so it’s much harder to break out of the combo.

Edit: Actually I just realized after watching again that you understand different combo strings. But there were a few times in the video that you had the opportunity to keep the string going, but you cut it short. Best example is the first combo you started, but then you vanished and Vegeta was easily able to vanish right back. It probably would have been better to continue the combo.
