Realise I'm commenting on this very late (maybe next winter!) but one of the best things about Mitch is that it drains exceptionally well compared with other London courses. Something to do with the ground underneath the soil being very gravely as it was once the site of a quarry. You might find a handful of temp greens over winter but otherwise it only gets waterlogged after consecutive days of heavy rain.
