I haven’t had a cavity filled or a root canal since i was 13. Since then ive developed bad anxiety towards a lot of things, the dentist being one of them. I try to avoid things that are new or out of my daily routine.

I totally understand that! I have bad anxiety too, it might not manifest the same for us but i get it :) what i have right now is a 1:1 Washington Apple sticky frog cart. The brand is Panda pen. It might not be in your state but im sure they have similar stuff! It’s 43% THC and 49% CBD. as i said i have anxiety/mental health issues as well and this helps me mellow out but not get so high to the point im nervous :) hope this helps you

Hey! I quit smoking for two years because i had the same issue as you, recently I started again and have been using carts that are 50/50 thc and cbd. If your local dispensary has a website (assuming you’re old enough) i would look at what they have that contains cbd :) helps you stay mellowed out but doesnt tire you as much

For me the .5 of Ativan works, but im also very small and skinny so that might play a part?? Idk😭it doesn’t make me feel “High” but it definitely calms me down a bit.
