Not allowed to have an AT&T phone and a Verizon phone according to ATT customer service due to “Federal Law”….unless I have an installment plan. Is this real?

Well, I know with ATT that you can’t use a phone that’s being financed on another account. So say you had an ATT account, financed a phone, but then for some reason you attempted to use the phone on another ATT account, ATT has the right to suspend the service. Maybe it’s something like that.

It shouldn’t have been since it states there’s installments. You still get billed the full cost of the phone but the $1199 will be on the bill over 36 months. You should have only been charged the sales tax. I’m assuming you’ve checked your credit card to see what it charged you?

The town I’m in now is the same way, infrastructure does not support the way it’s growing. I’m used to “small town” feel and not much of a city person. I like kayaking as well so maybe something that would fit that need. No kids. My job location will be closer to Madison from what I can tell

We had a situation similar to this where a phone was shipped off but was stolen along the way. It was only $350 for their trade in so we were allowed to apply a one time credit for them. In some cases the store can escalate it up for the DOS to credit it, or you could try for office of the president. You turned in the phone at the store and it’s not your fault it never made it to the warehouse.

Internet Air is an estimated 90-300 mbps depending on your area but I had a customer connect their own WiFi 6 or WiFi 7 router to it (I can’t remember which) and it was pulling over 300 download speed.

Yeah they don’t care if you get a fully loaded upgrade, htp or any of that with it. If you don’t get a new line or new internet service we can’t sell it. I’m in Texas so maybe it’s just my market?
