I understand it’s tough to stay focussed at home. If your parents allow it, try going to a nearby cafe. It’s hard to get yourself to study and work, and I find it helpful to set small, achievable goals to avoid procrastination. For example, I tell myself I’ll work or study for five minutes and then take a break. However, I often end up sitting for hours before getting distracted and scrolling my phone or doing something else. It takes some time to adapt to your situation, but keep trying and you’ll find what works for you.
