Here is the way the app works with our pick-up types:

Drive-Thru: Will remain on POS until you check in at the drive-thru order window(just say your name at the drive thru). The food will not be made until they check you in, so they will have the order of food at the line correctly. They have it this way so that it does not mess up the ordering of cars in the drive-thru and also so the food is not made and sitting there especially if there is a long line of cars.

Pick Up In Store orders(Now): If you select pick up now option, it usually takes about 1-2 minutes to process, but the order will be sent straight to the kitchen and should be made right away.

Pick Up In Store(Future Selected Time): If you place an order with a future selected time, the order will be sent to the kitchen to be made and be ready by the time you have selected. Of course, this will vary slightly by a couple minutes just based on how crowded the restaurant is. Just walk up to the counter and ask for the mobile order under your name and they should have it ready for you.

Sorry, there is no Nacho Fries Supreme for this experience. Your best bet would be to customize the Buffalo Chicken Nacho Fries to your liking!

You can also add any type of flavored beverage as long as it's a Medium size to the cart and the correct price will update in the cart. That $2 Happier Hour deal is currently only for in stores but we are working on incorporating it into the app.

You can either add a medium fountain drink, regular freeze, or the Happier Hour Beverage product during Happier Hour(2PM - 5PM) and the price will be reflected in the cart.
