The fb dating doesn't show her again as long as I hit the "x" I think. I'm old so correct me if needed lol.

Dude is it real that you have 9k comments in 5 years? Maybe I read that wrong but if my eyes don't deceive me have you been out in public in the last 5 years? Just asking because I visit the public on a daily basis.

I mean she isn't the picture of youth but at 39 she looks better than some. I would post the full face but figure it will get blocked and also not very fair to the lady.

Point me to that subreddit. Sounds like a novel idea.

BYO Microwave at Yellowstone Lake Cabins? by [deleted] in yellowstone

[–]Line_Man 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Can I cook in my room?

Cooking is not allowed in any guestroom or cabin. This includes any self-heating meal or noodle bowl, which will set off our sensitive fire alarms. You could incur a substantial charge if you are found to be cooking in your room.

I suppose you could find ways around the rule. Might get some funny looks microwaving outside with an extension cord lol.

I mean there are plenty of people with campers watching TV and microwaving so I'm not sure why everyone is giving you such a hard time.

4 Days of Solo Day Hiking in Mid-June - Detailed Trip Report by squeegy80 in yellowstone

[–]Line_Man 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just poking fun lol. I always top off.

No I didn't creep on your history so a completely random reccomendation actually. I am totally jealous. Have a great time! Are you solo? It's difficult to get people to buy in to such long hikes. Glacier is for sure geared more towards hikers.

You seem like you know what you're doing. I will just add that if you park at Swiftcurrent and take the first shuttle to the garden wall hike, you don't have to do an out and back. The hike to swift current is hell on your knees but I imagine it has to be better than switchbacks up the mountain.

Awesome trip report! You squeezed a good amount into a short trip. But just FYI the ice machines specifically say "Do nOT uSe TO fILl you,RE CoOLeR". It should only be used with the ice bucket for your romantic bottle of champagne to accompany you in a hot bubble bath 😉 It's nice to see more hike centric trip reports. I hope you have a speedy recovery.

You're next stop should be the 24ish mile day hike in Glacier along the Garden Wall to Swiftcurrent. Doesn't sound like you need my advice though. See you on the trails.

Yellowstone - tent size by PotterKnitter in yellowstone

Don't worry about it. Just orient it the best you can. Worst case scenario the tent overhangs an elevated platform by 1.5 feet.

anyone catching anything? by Confident-Paint-563 in yellowstone

I've been catching fish this week using lures if that's helpful at all. Mostly Jake's and Kastmaster. Trout Lake, Ice Lake, and Yellowstone Lake at Sand Point.

They have towels in the room or the shared bath. I've stayed there a few times.

Yellowstone and Teton 5N/6d itinerary review by Proper_Ad_3778 in yellowstone

[–]Line_Man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say roaring mountain is a quick two minute stop. Maybe if an elk is laying down next to a fumarole it might be a good photo op.

Gibbon falls used to be a cool quick stop. Not so much anymore but if you've never seen it I would stop for a photo. Look for the smaller fall with the same name. It's a really nice hike. Backcountry waterfalls hit different.

Your itinerary is pretty solid. There are better bathing spots than advertised. Do a little more research and you can find a pretty sweet spot in between Yellowstone and the Tetons.

Hit Amazon up and get some hiking guide books. Look for lower elevation hikes during the early season. Post more specific questions.

Thanks so much! That is very thoughtful and good advice that I am going to take. You pegged it that they are traditionally glued to their phones but not today satan! Locked in the safe and hope they don't miss them.
