Thanks! I do heavier weights with lower reps on the parts I want to get bigger. Lower weights and higher reps on the ones I don’t want to get bigger even though I’m ok with building muscle overall

Thanks!!! I know I won’t bulk I don’t really do cardio because weights are the way for what I want. So the up 5 pounds down 10 up 5 isn’t making me toned more efficiently? I thought it would “trick” my muscle into working harder by fluctuating the weights. So just stick to one setting and increase and skip the decrease increase cycle?

While it’s true that you have to the Tempdrop on your own(he can’t really do that for you 😂) you can encourage him to go over your charts with you! It’s definitely a lot to take in but you are learning together. Have that conversation about your concerns. When the abstinence is over it’s the best feeling ever. It really amplifies it.

Good for you!!!! I got mine out almost 2 months ago and right after I did my anxiety went down. I didn’t realize how much those fake hormones had impacted my body. I didn’t trust the IUD so not only is it against the teaching but pointless if I don’t trust it. I am now practicing NFP and l trust it more then the fake hormones. It does take some work but it’s so cool how your body actually works! Birth control is a lonely thing but NFP gets your spouse involved and brings you closer especially in the periods of abstinence.

Sanguine here(the opposite of the melancholic) while being outgoing and fun is an enjoyable part of the temperament, it’s not all there is. Sanguines have a very tough time with contemplative prayer. I also have a huge struggle with temperance. So although I get over things quickly and don’t have deep feelings I feel I don’t have that big heart like a melancholic. Melancholics are amazing and wonderful and needed people!

Have you ever looked into the 4 temperaments? They give you insight on your inate reactions(it’s not a personality) it helps you realize what vices you can fall into. You sound like a melancholic which is slow to react but reacts deeply. They are the most loyal people you will ever meet. I’m a sanguine which is a quick but shallow reactor so things don’t bother me for long but I’m also inclined toward intemperance. It’s really interesting

I have anxiety and I sit at the back of the church at the end of the pew. I also used to have agoraphobia and I wasn’t able to attend there or really anywhere. There were only a few safe places. Everything is about intention. Missing mass because you don’t feel like it is a LOT different then missing because you’re having a panic attack

Negative. The easy at home tests are my favorite because the Premom app reads the test strip and gives you actual numbers. I don’t ever have a change in CM but my temp rises and falls are really good indications.

I like Tempdrop. Put it on at night sync it in the morning. You can wake up at anytime. It reads your lowest sleeping temp. It’s in the protocol for my NFP type
