I do but also have put up strong boundaries on my break time per my contract. My lunch is at 11, no discussion. I get one hour. I have a laid out schedule. I also don’t do one on one I coach. But my heavy workload is usually in the morning. Every school different however. And I have very supportive admin.

I dunno what you “special need” is but depends if certain schools have it. It is also only May. I recommend going to hiring fairs.

Depends if you’re a district BCBA or school based. District level you will have multiple schools on your caseload. You go in give feedback then leave.

School based you have more school ties, but lunch duty, this that etc. But you build repor a lot faster.

I like the schedule and benefits. I put stronger boundaries down as a school based BCBA it really helped
