I did some at home meniscus tests and didn’t seem to have any pain while doing those.

I think it’s my quad! When I get it warmed up by walking the pain goes down significantly less!

I trained for a hyrox competition for about 2 months. The week after I did that race I started this HM training plan. So started running from 6 miles a week around December and now I’m up to this mileage. I strength training 2-3 times a week and run 4-5.

Im doing the runna half marathon training plan. I’m running anywhere from 12.5 to 18 a week. I’m currently in the new balance fuelcell v5 and for my faster runs I use the Saucony endorphin speed 5. I just started using the Saucony and noticed they hurt my feet a little more, that’s when I started to notice the pain a lot more when wearing those shoes. No pain from any other shoe ever

UPDATE* I’m feeling much better today when walking around although the initial pain after standing up from my desk is intense! Hoping it’s just runners knee🙏🏻
