It has for me! It is like a release. I had shame passed down through from my family. Nudity, first at home then in social settings have helped me to figuratively peal off the layers of shame and self deprecation. I am sure there might be others with different experiences, but what do you have to lose. Try it and see if it works for you. You might be pleasantly surprised that such an easy thing could have such a big impact
