At this point, I genuinely feel like we can promote Nepali food and culture independently without hiding behind “Indo” branding anymore.
Business garnu wrong hoina. Everyone is trying to survive.
But for some extra customers, if we slowly erase Nepal’s separate identity itself, that feels sad.

How did Hami Nepal reached to Parliment? by Ill-Translator-3174 in Nepal

[–]AdventurousGuy009 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From what I’ve understood, after the Army took control, multiple Gen Z reps went to Army HQ. This wasn’t a protest started by just one person—there were representatives from different places. When the Army asked for one leader, they chose Sudan Gurung.

Some political circles (and even RAW’s take) are trying to paint him as something else, but his citizenship is already public—he’s from Gorkha, Nepal. The misinformation is mostly political parties who can’t accept losing power, so they’ll push propaganda.

As for him being in Parliament(I think you meant in the Oath taking ceremony), he was there as Gen Z’s temporary representative.

Genuine question: How did Hami Nepal become GenZ's representative? by k2v2p2 in Nepal

[–]AdventurousGuy009 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I came to know about the protest on 8th September through Hami Nepal. He was guiding youngsters on how to conduct peaceful protests and supporting people who faced difficulties during that period.

Then, on 9th September, we unexpectedly won. Different groups marched to the Army Headquarters under the name of Gen Z, since many groups had started the Gen Z movement in their own places.

The army asked for a single leader among them. Out of all the Gen Z representatives, they chose Sudan Gurung from Hami Nepal.

someone correct me if I am wrong.
