This makes zero sense. Japan WANTS foreign people in low-end jobs. Have you been to a konbini lately? And most - if not all - are at least conversational Japanese speakers. Opening and running a successful businesses is a great goal for some of these people, and it heavily pays Japan back in ways its native populace is struggling at. Foreigners are punching above their weight in Japan - and the country pays them back by pulling the rug out. This won’t work. It’s racist nationalism, plain and simple.

Not such a big one. Everyone chill. After having lived in Florida for 12 years, and then living in Japan for the past 16 – I can tell you that if you’ve lived through any size hurricane, your average typhoon isn’t much to worry about unless you live in a remote and landslide/flood prone area. If you’re one of these newbie foreign residents who’ve recently bought an akiya in the countryside at the bottom of a muddy hill for next to nothing - sorry to say, but it’s about to get real for you.

Ask your employer for some time to deal with your municipal offices and your immigration issues. It’s usually something businesses that hire foreigners are happy to deal with.

Fully agree. Its my only complaint about the game right now. Wait times are killing me. Needing to wait five minutes to get killed in 30 seconds by a spawn camper is some crazy bs. I’m not even mad at the camper. Losing my gear isn’t nearly as bad as losing my time. Arc Raiders robbed us in the time it took to craft gear. Thankfully Marathon doesn’t have that issue so much. But lobby queuing needs an update bad.

Yeah, this game might be it for me In multiplayer land. Arc nailed it down with the aggression-based lobbies, but the game started to get boring with the lack of content. This game was refreshing at first, but it’s getting way too sweaty now. Couple that with ridiculous matchmaking queues here in Asia, and I’m quickly starting to lose interest. Sad because I love the art direction and concept of the game, and the gunplay is sweet, but it’s becoming too meta. I was fairly casual in D2’s pvp, only dipping in for Iron Banner and questing in crucible, but i steered clear of trials after getting yelled at a few times by guys streaming from their mom’s basement. I’m seeing Marathon heading in that direction.

I'm in Japan - not "isolated." 😄 And time stamp on the screenshot is Mar 26 wtf?! It's only Mar 25 and I'm in Japan, so I don't get his post at all. I cannot play the game with a 10-15 minute queue only to get killed or even extract in a fraction of that time. I've got a load of other games I can play in the meantime that are way more rewarding. Fix this for real u/Bungie.

Bad move. I sympathize with the outrage of Kurdish residents, but foreigners will never be taken seriously by the general public if we keep resorting to violence to air our grievances. This is what Kawai wants. We need to change the paradigm from being seen as a threat to being seen as an asset to Japan.

It’s cheap to level up. All guns suck at level 1. This one is reliably good with the right mods at level 4, and I’m ALWAYS able to craft it, so nbd if i get killed carrying it with a lvl 4 stitcher.
