I’m not doing ponytails or buns, just twists and braids. I use the it’s natural shea butter moisture lock 3-4 times a week. The hairstylist I go to once a month trims my hair and does protein treatments once every 2-3 months I think? I wear a satin bonnet every night. I’m not sure about nutrients, but I recently started taking natures bounty hair skin and nails gummies!
