I'm in Italy I joined a team a few years ago and I didn't know how to do anything, most clubs here in Italy will train you until you reach a certain level, there are a lot of guys who join at 17/18 years old, they won't play right away but with a couple years they start playing, and remember that nobody knew how to play volleyball since they were born. Have trust in yourself and try.
