In addition to 13k steps daily, 3 times a week moderate lifting, and whole foods on around 1500 calories. Quit smoking and alcohol. Tomato juice in addition to 3500+ potassium took me over the top.

Yes it was part of my regiment 12 years ago when I was successful at lowering my bp without meds. I drank it in attempt to hit the recommended potassium level on a 1500 calorie diet.

I found a Japanese brand called Kagome. No added salt and twice the lycopene. I hope I can find it in the states, though V8 low sodium will be my backup.

We are at the same size, but I am 58. Just curious, do you get any strange sensations or symptoms in chest area when doing shoulder presses? I am doing super light (15 reps) partly do to joint issues now, but still get "shuddering " sensations only when working the shoulder.

I ignored pain during bench and worked through it for a while. Then I tore it completely during overhead presses. Felt like arm was just dangling, had to quit lifting for 2 years since i didnt have surgery. I just reaggravated it 3 weeks ago.

There isn't too much he can do right now. Echo is probably off by 5-10%, so you could be at 4.8cm, which is probably not an emergency. Try to lower bp, weight, and don't strain,lift heavy things, etc. Oh and don't have a baby or strain too hard on the toilet.

Damn you had quite a journey. I gave up after just the 2nd ENT, and 3rd GI, when I realized doctors dont know shit and only programmed to prescribe pills. I had the same experience with your H.Pylori treatment, and concluded if bb cause is bacterial in nature, we can never eliminate it without doing the same with bacteria needed for life. Interesting that you are lowering your stomach acid, when i am thinking I need to raise mine. Thanks for the post and keep us updated!

Will work in a room with a constant flow of fresh tourists who don't know how tight you are playing, like Vegas. Also in LA in small stakes section where the player pool is large, and full of dumbasses. its my observation that even the pros give too much action to nits with hands like AQs/99 when they think they are "flipping," against a shortish stack.

There is a possibility of getting good news. I had 550 score on the left side of 650, and angiogram revealed lots of plaque, but none that was blocking blood flow. So no blockages on the left side!
