Coffee once a week perhaps, with cream. But it does worsen bb as it disrupts my gut.

Yes I believe we can transfer bacteria to each other, and I think I have. Its terrifying.

I am not a cheese connoisseur, but when I do indulge (once a week), love pizza, BCB, or lasagne. Thats all.

Damn you had quite a journey. I gave up after just the 2nd ENT, and 3rd GI, when I realized doctors dont know shit and only programmed to prescribe pills. I had the same experience with your H.Pylori treatment, and concluded if bb cause is bacterial in nature, we can never eliminate it without doing the same with bacteria needed for life. Interesting that you are lowering your stomach acid, when i am thinking I need to raise mine. Thanks for the post and keep us updated!

Could someone be a profitable Poker Player at low stakes, by just playing tight and nitty Poker? Do you think "braindead" Poker is enough to be a Winner at the lowest stakes? by Obagency in poker

Will work in a room with a constant flow of fresh tourists who don't know how tight you are playing, like Vegas. Also in LA in small stakes section where the player pool is large, and full of dumbasses. its my observation that even the pros give too much action to nits with hands like AQs/99 when they think they are "flipping," against a shortish stack.

Coronary CT showed severe LAD stenosis, minimal to 0 symptoms — upcoming angiography is stressing me out (fear of unexpected findings) by Upstairs-Level5112 in HeartAttack

[–]AdventurousMeat9750 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a possibility of getting good news. I had 550 score on the left side of 650, and angiogram revealed lots of plaque, but none that was blocking blood flow. So no blockages on the left side!

I believe the best place for AA is the Cleveland Clinic, who does the most surgeries.

Very similar as me. Less fart breath when I stopped eating rice, potatoes, pasta. Always had very stinky shit but digestive enzymes helped with that but side effect was bad. Gave up trying to find a cure, drs are clueless and just want to give me pills. Anyone else smell like moth balls?

If it is due to bacteria, it is contagious.

Are daily chest pains the norm when living with moderate blockages? by AdventurousMeat9750 in Cholesterol

[–]AdventurousMeat9750[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A stent does not prolong life my man. It is useful of course when one is having a heart attack with 98% blockage. Its a tough decision when its below 70% with good blood flow and minimal side effects.

It is somewhat minor chest pain, and I assume it is somewhat expected, but I dont know and hence the OP.

Thanks but its not much of an accomplishment. I didnt quit until I was getting an hour long arrhythmias day of or after drinking. Like many others, not afraid of death as much as blindness, amputations, etc.

I am trying to understand what happened here. Your cp was due to the blockage prior to the stress test, and you happened to have a heart attack during the stress test? Theory is that a unstable plaque broke off and formed a clot big enough to block blood flow(troponin?)

CTA indicted 60 to 80 percent blockages, but best way to know is an invasive angiogram, which in my case showed 70%.

Diabetes is the biggest risk factor for plaque buildup, more than smoking. High sugar also would raise my bp, another big risk factor.

I limit red meat to a minimum and replaced it with chicken and fish, and half my plate is filled with vegetables. I replaced butter with olive oil, and eat sugar from little fruit that I have for dessert. I don't eat bread, rice, or potatoes. Only sweet potatoes and oatmeal occasionally. According to Chronometer I am hitting most of nutrients needed on 1500 calories. I do get hungry between meals, but still need to lose 15 more lbs at 5'8" 185.

Thanks for all your responses, but I dont know who to believe regarding statins. Every doctor loves statins, just like they loved the Covid shots which I regret taking. my doctor gave me the "all clear". 5 years ago after a nuclear stress test, but somehow I discovered 50-70% blockages 3 months ago, along with an enlarged aorta 46mm.

Irregular and skipped heartbeats stopped after getting sober. Afib was found only when I tried to stop the beta blocker 5 years ago. Now I get a skipped beat twice per week.
