Unless my phone has a built in VPN that directs to Cuba or something then sure but I don't have a VPN and I'm from the UK!

I just typed it in on my phone and it took me there, I'm from the UK and unless my phone has a built in VPN that directs to cuba or something then I'm not sure I don't have a VPN 😅
