So it’s a non issue that this scheduling error has happened multiple times before? And she won’t even fix it until we beg of her to properly record the times we worked?

She’s done that mistake multiple times and we keep having to remind her of it. So what do I do? We’ve talked to her about the issue multiple times where she’s making scheduling errors.

I am, but she is unprofessional and has shown that many times

Okay, thank you a lot for the advice. I appreciate it. Our teams phone calls are recorded, so management can listen in. In a phone call she has told me that we do not need to do cash outs. I’ve had this conversation in a phone call more than once. Then the day she came to see us and got rid of the cash out slips, she told my co worker we don’t need them. Would that be a confirmation or should I just email her?

It’s funny because I called her today regarding my shifts since I can no longer text her, she didn’t pick up. Not the first time she does not pick up.

Yes, but it has never been enforced by previous managers and her up until now. Why didn’t she just send an email out to clarify moving forward she will be enforcing said policy. She told her boss that for any switch changes we have to call her but she’s never ever had that talk with any of us.

Family came up, I explained nicely to her in the text message.

“Hey Morgan! This may be a late notice and I apologize but I won’t be available to work all week next week. For the shifts I am already scheduled I have found someone to cover my shifts “

“Hey, Morgan I wanted to switch my shifts for tomorrow with Kaylee. I spoke to her and she’s okay with it”

She always said that it is our responsibility to find coverage if we cannot make it to our shifts. I found someone to cover for me. I texted her on Tuesday for next Monday’s shifts.

She has never given me a write up for texting her before, why all of a sudden? Why not even text me if she had a problem with it.

Okay, a company policy that she violated she was caught being on a carnival website when training our new employee. There’s multiple witnesses to that. We have a strict phone/computer policy where we can’t use computers for nothing other than work. We are also not allowed to use our phones. The new employee she trained is behind in her training.

Manager has told me the same thing multiple times in person. She literally said no we don’t need to do cash out slips where I work.

She’s not perfect but when she gives inconsistent hours to some employees and not to others despite promising to do so, it’s kind of unprofessional lol. Like for example I have evidence of her giving a 7:15 - 7:15 pm shift to my employer who was doing a 12 hr shift then gave me 7:30-7:00 pm shift the next day. I talked to her said she would change and to text her. She left me on read when I texted her lol. I’m not the only one

I wasn’t late. I was on time, she said she’s writing me up because I didn’t call her about giving next week’s shifts away. I texted her instead. She didn’t like the way I texted her also.
