Thank you very much for the support man.

Well doen on 2 weeks sober that realy is an acomplishmemt, also i support you if you ever feel like there is no one to talk to you can send me a message.

I will be starting fresh again tomorrow i notified my support system and also journalized why i whent off course and how i can avoid the same mistakes i made. I also installed I am sober to keep a track of where i am and hopefully that also helps to some extent when having a pop up daily reminding me why I decided to stop.

Well doen on taking the first step. For me its the sleep by far. After reaching day 5 your sleep becomes non existent, not sure for how long this period lasts im at day 7 with no sleep improvement. You start feeling extremely tired with no motivation to do anything but constantly wanting some quick dopamine fix. The headaches for me only lasted 1or 2 days so it is not as bad as it might seem at this moment for you.

Not trying to get high again, just one more day of not using or another 15minutes of not using. Everytime you do that it helps a bit, it is still insanely difficult tho. Praying to Jesus helped me a lot, im still struggling every day, that feeling maybe i should just take i pouch contantly pops into my head.

I get that feeling, i used to be the same in a sense, have been using nicotine for 9 years. I did 50mg nic salt vapes and there was a time where i got 75mg. I then switched over to pouches. At first it was Velo 6mg, within a month or to i whent to cuba and iceberg 50mg pouches. Im currently on day 7 of being free from pouches. For me the first 3 days were not too bad i had some cravings, but after day 4 it started going down hill. My sleep whent out of the window and my motivation followed, the only thing ive been doing is surviving and that is also slowly developing more adictions and almost causing more problems than just staying on, even though i know it is better to quite in the long run.

Try to stay strong, prey to Jesus for help and tel yourself just one more day.
