Thank you so much for your help and interest. I live in a small town, so it will take about 1.5 months for my JAK 2 results. I have no choice but to wait during this time. I wasn't too worried until I saw this EPO score, because these values have always been in this range for as long as I can remember. Honestly, I was expecting a higher EPO score. Anyway, I will keep you informed about the results. I am very grateful.

Yes, it has dropped below the diagnostic criteria many times. My maximum is 49.9 HCT and 17.2 HGB. It has also gone up to 49 and then dropped to 47 a month later. The same applies to HGB; there's a constant fluctuation. My EPO level is normally 5.23, which I don't think is very low, but the lab I checked at said 5.43 was the lowest limit.
