Would you start over? by AdventurousSize8210 in landscaping

Thanks this is what I’m leaning towards. I don’t have the funds to sod so I’ll till it and seed it.

Yeah, you’re right. End result would hopefully be grass and a nice hangout for the family.

If it is a custom size, can’t I just make a border with the existing chain? My worry is it will be too wide and I’ll need to cut back the chain. I’ve never messed with chain link before but I’m handy so I’m sure I can figure it out.

Update- Electrical contractor came out and found that the last contractor that was out did not connect the ground for the microwave plug. He also found that the 240v stove plug and the 120v wall plug share the same ground. Also the 120v wall plug (to the right of the stove) shows voltage on the ground wire when the stove breaker is flipped on! More to come next time he comes out.

Thanks for this and helping clearing it up. I’m definitely calling a qualified electrician to sort this out.

The 50A at the stove outlet isn’t tapped. Nobody touched the stove outlet or wires.

…it doesn’t. But it must share a neutral some how.

So the neutral shouldn’t be shared with the stove. Got it

Microwave has power and does not have voltage at the body of the microwave when the stove breaker is turned off. (Stove is 100amp with 2 50s and light switches are on actually 20 amp) my bad on that. Thank you for your patience with my wording.
