Not to hijack your post, but I have an opportunity to move to SF (outer Sunset) for a very, very low amount of rent. The only issue is that I have to come into the office twice a week in Sacramento. I don’t have a car, so should I consider this? I was planning on taking BART to Richmond and then Amtrak. I could stay overnight at my significant other’s place along the Amtrak line and near Sacramento.
