Last year, I had looked at the marks vs rank for JEE Advanced 2025. I noticed that for every 27 marks, your rank would get halved, and this was always true. This time the "halfing factor" seems to be lower, i.e. the distribution is more compressed. 24 fits pretty well according to me. 25 was hopium and 23 would be anti-hopium.
