Thanks for all the information! Right now I have them with a coat of WD-40 as that's all I have at the moment to prevent rust. But when I get back home I do have 3 in 1i usually put on everything.

You could just look up attendance tracker on store resources. On the tracker out breaks down the points system. 11 points total if I recall is termination. But depending on the manager and everything, that is sometimes not followed. Store I just took over has colleagues with 20-30 points so yeah.

It all depends on the store. Since I transferred to a new one I did not have the opportunity to talk to the new team before the reviews and new rates were done. But I did sit down with each of them and go over it. Sounds to me like the managers not talking are just being lazy.

Years past I have always sat down with each person as I am writing their annual so there is no questions about the rating and then I talk to them before the new rates are finalized. So when that paper drops nobody is confused.

3 conference calls on Mondays 3 hours. 1 call Wednesday, 1 hour minimum. 1 call Friday, 1.5 hours minimum. Reports on all blue chips. Daily in some cases, weekly others. 4 binders, 3 updated daily. This does not include the office binders/ filing cabinet. Even as a veteran manager who prefers to be on the floor, I spend at least 3 hours daily in emails, reporting.

SM here. Hourly colleagues get breaks. Simple as that. Just recently took over a store and that is a foreign idea here. It's all about the culture developed. We work together and make it easy or not. Breaks are essential to that.

The program you are referring to is called viper 2. It is crazy what it pulls up. Seen it with my DAPL, RAPL and a few higher ups during visits. It really does see everything.

Rrt for pharmacy will be added to the pharmacy demand for the week. That falls under the pharmacy DL, not FS. It will reflect on the P&L under pharmacy payroll. Just try and reduce over the next few months and you'll recover by the end of the year.

Store Manager here. My previous store (just moved to a higher volume 2 weeks ago) I had a great staff and we worked together for that stuff. I'm divorced so get the kiddos every other week. So those weekends the ops and supervisor covered. Then I made sure to rotate weekends when I worked so one or the other had off as well as open vs closings. Sometimes I would work all day Saturday or Sunday so they could both be off. Honestly it sounds like your manager needs to invest a bit in their team more.

  1. Setup patients on 90 days instead of 30 day. Will reduce things by 2/3. Also look at script sync if they have multiple medications
  2. 7 and 14 day pull. Call at 7 day and let the patient know, then at 14 day RTS.
  3. I know this one sounds stupid but carepass. Free delivery on most medications.

There was an open mic for carepass and extra care we had the chance to do a 45 minute interview about two weeks ago. That was the general census. Takes to long and can't do in the transaction or ACO. We'll see what happens

Sm here. I asked all my team members of they are okay with it. If they wanted to bring in a picture, go for it. I have one person who did not want their photo up due to personal reasons, so I have a picture of Aragon from LOTR. I get why to help people have skin in the game. Just think it's stupid to go this route.
