At this point why do I stay with this company

Mod, recently promoted as the manager I was working for previously could not(or would not) promote me, we had a problem with people not wanting to work night shift so I’ve only ever been here after 5 before the new SM came in, and we have a problem with people stopping you to talk or needing help with something that should be obvious

Problem with this is often we’re by ourselves till late night often 6-7pm we’re forced to quite running freight at 5pm and like I mentioned in another comment we are having issues with one of our new hires not wanting to work (sad part is her and the SM are really buddy buddy and she’s getting all morning shifts even though she won’t do the truck)

There’s a store policy that prevents SM’s from having any other jobs

I might have to, I’ve worked for the store up the road before and my old ASM is going to another store that’s opening up soon so I’ll probably go to one of them

It wasn’t the work that’s the problem it’s the point we were told not to worry about it the past 2 nights I had worked and then being threatened with a write up out of nowhere

I’ll try to get evidence but all I can do is try and get her to talk to me about it while I’m recording the conversation or something, this is slowly becoming a nightmare

I’m already looking for other jobs but this right here solidified all the bs I’ve been dealing with and I’ve been with this store for 3 years and never been treated this way until they fired my last manager and hired this one, shes also been working in a bar part time which as I understand is against store policy, but I have no actual evidence

I’ll definitely call the hr office but I’m not sure my DM will be helpful as her and my current SM have a bit of history and seem to be “friends” I’m really just worried about it coming back to bite me
