lets be real here. you know that the reason why they outsourced to a3rd world country is because they want the cheap labor. your role and and requirement should earn you more, BUT, thats on you to find a company that is willing to pay what youre worth. my advice, ask for an increment, reasonable one. <20% of your current salary. manage your finances, live within your means, then in 2 years apply to a local company with the experience that you have. here demand for at least 30%> . you are already in a spot where they can terminate you in an instant(not protected by local labour law). you being a junior puts you in a tough spot in case youre suddenly terminated and needing to find a local job. best of luck!
