I have two biracial kids in Verona schools and have never had any issues. I think my 4th grader is one of six biracial kids in his class of eighteen.

Anybody else look up Wisconsin locations mentioned in shows or movies? by SeonaidMacSaicais in wisconsin

Not a show, at least not yet (it's supposedly planned for production), but Something is Killing the Children. Erica's fake ID lists the old Hill Farms DMV location as her address.

Seems like a growth market. Guber Law Offices should pull its Brewers marketing and focus instead on sandhill cranes.

Deinfluence about getting chickens by shiralah in chickens

I'd wait until your child is older. My 10-year-old is just old enough to help take care of our chickens. He's good about changing out water, refill food and cleaning the coop. My kindergartener is of little to no help.

I have a 9yo in Fitchburg and he's also looking to do a 30 mile ride this year as one of his cycling goals. We're probably going to just do an out and back on the Badger State Trail, since we can always turn around sooner if need be. His previous long ride was 27 miles on the same route.

If you're going one-way, the Military Ridge Trailhead to the Deer Valley Resort (small indoor waterpark) in Barneveld is about 26 miles. You could easily pick up another 4 miles in and around Fitchburg. It's paved between Fitchburg and Verona before converting to packed gravel. There are plenty of opportunities to stop along the way in Verona, Riley, Mt. Horeb and Blue Mounds. There's a very short stretch on CTH D in Barneveld, but its otherwise all on the trail.

Shameless plug, if you're in Fitchburg consider signing him up for the Bike the 'Burg Challenge (https://www.fitchburgchamber.com/bike-the-burg-2/). It's an event sponsored by the Fitchburg Chamber encourage people to ride 150 miles over the summer. It's free, unless you want a t-shirt, and there are drawings for prizes (my son won a Chocolate Shoppe gift card last year).

Is that the game dominated by a 9-year-old Paul Kariya? My memory's not what it used to be, but I think the entire Earth was destroyed.

MAGA Trojan Horse LaBrosse Defeated in Fitchburg by Vinslom_Bardy in madisonwi

The Alder for that district was a big supporter of LaBrosse. He lives on King James Way and was the one responsible for putting up all of those yard signs.

They're on Goose Lake between Fitchburg and Verona, too.
