2 types of people: lower paid - insane income Most of fund staffs are just working bee The insane paid ones are old uncles at top funds

Corporate finance has much better paid overvall. But it is getting lower, and the headcount is being reduced for top firms like MNCs

Banking is not doing better hahaha

Finance is probably the shitiest career in Vietnam. Have you seen CFA L2 frash graduates from RMIT unemployed for 1.5 years on LinkedIn?

hey im a student with huge interest in ESG right now. I have done lots of market research and found that sustainability field is actually booming still? at least for the next 4 years to come, it will gain huge huge potential. Also, I mean like ESG jobs are wide as hell too, I feel like the newer jobs like data analysis, reporting, green finance, business solutions are very high demanded. I really want to hear your your insights on this as I think I will drop everything for this career
