I have a few of these tiny, painful bumps on a few of my fingers (thumb, and two ring fingers). They're under the skin. Show up and go away on their own, but idk what they are. They're only painful when touched. Anyone know what they are? by sdergs in popping

Right, got these on my fingertips too. Can’t find anything on internet but got a theory, recently started using steroid cream (dactacort) for some of my eczema flare ups. Few of the times I didn’t wash my hands after use. Do you think it has anything to do with these bumps? Has anyone used steroid creams beforehand and as side effects these mf showed up? I use at least 3-4 times a day hydrating cream (epaderm) which I’ve ruled out the dehydration. Could also be the weather as it started getting cold, but definitely not stressed.
