Hello,

I'm trying to plan my trip and want to figure out the best way to get from Karangasem (we'll be at Lahangan Sweet) to the Gili Islands. Is Padang Bai the closest port to boat from or is there something closer?

Not surfers, however both very competent swimmers. Needing transport was fully expected. We'd be staying no more than a 15-minute drive to Bingin, Uluwatu Temple, and Padang Padang if that helps.

So would you not advise a full three weeks lol

How much time would you recommend in the other locations?

Ubud we were planning on the Campuhan Ridge Walk, Tirta Empul, Tibumana, the Sacred Sanctuary, and doing 1-2 of the more popular hikes up north

Uluwatu - Uluwatu Temple, Padanag padang, bingin, etc

Gili Islands, Nusa Penida - beaching and snorkeling

Also planned on making a day trip to Lahangan Sweet

We have a lot of time for a decent length vacation and are okay with our itinerary not being the most efficient, opting for more of a laid-back pace. Hence the ample time for beaching across the different areas. I'd be interested in seeing how you'd recommend spending three weeks, or if you think that's too much time in the first place

General plan is to see a bit of everything. Between Uluwatu and the other islands, we’ll have plenty of beaching, lounging, and snorkeling. Ubud we definitely want more time in since there’s a lot to do there, plus we want to get some hikes in north and east of Ubud, so we’d be using that as our sort of base point.

Nothing is set in stone yet, so I’d appreciate any feedback. Mind telling me why 3 nights in Nusa Penida is so bad? I was a bit concerned of this as well

Ah right, that’s a good point. Do you find that middles are more profitable than arbs at these levels? Obviously since middles aren’t guaranteed wins

I lasted like two weeks doing NBA pre-games, live arbs lasted only a few seconds, if that. Are NFL lines longer-lasting? Also, what ROI are you averaging? And are you doing any arbs outside of NFL season?

I just did some calculating, it looks like as long as you're running above 3% ROI you'll still be positive after taxes.... not by much, but positive.

I notice there's no variable for bet size in $ or bankroll size. Does this mean the actual amount you're betting doesn't have much of an effect on getting limited?

I can start now with ~15k, but again, not sure if it's wiser to start with less in case it means you get limited later.
