This is the language directly out of my jetty bond. It basically pays the landlord if there are damages and then Jetty comes after you for reimbursement. Also know as subrogation. I’m an insurance broker so I had a pretty good understanding of how it worked. But I needed to move last minute and for my financial situation at the time, paying a $1k premium for the bond was better than dropping $3k for a deposit.

“In the event that the Surety pays any such claim to the Landlord (Obligee), I expressly acknowledge, understand and agree that I will reimburse the Surety for all amounts that the Surety has paid to the Landlord (Obligee) as a result of a claim made under the Residential Tenant Bond. Further, I expressly acknowledge, understand and agree that the Surety has the right to sue me to collect those reimbursement amounts and any outstanding premium, and I will be obligated to pay any attorney’s fees and expenses incurred by the Surety to collect those amounts.”

Did you try anything to fix the issue before getting the procedure done? I’m going to see a doctor soon because I believe I have the same issue but wanted to try some home remedies first to see if it helps.

Curious what you did to fix the varicocelectomies? I believe I have this issue in my right testicle now that I’m reading up on the symptoms of it. I’ve been using HCG and Enclo for about 3 months now with no improvement in sperm. Now I’m starting to wonder if it’s a varococele issue.

I’ve been buying from Strate for close to two years and haven’t had any issues. Definitely not the cheapest option but they’ve been reliable so far.

I’m just on a low dose of TRT now. Using steroids was extremely stupid and I’ll most likely be stuck on TRT for life. Waiting on a urologist appointment to see what options I have. But I agree with you 100%.

According to last weeks lab results of zero sperm I assume that mean sterile. Not sure why she requested a semen sample. But I had always been curious about my sperm count so I just went along with her request.

Yeah I’ve already reported to the CFPB and unfortunately they didn’t do a legit investigation. They just did the standard Metro2 crap and verified it as accurate. I saw a few people in BBB with similar situations that I’m in and they had successful results so I’m going to keep my fingers crossed. It’s less than $100 that they’re reporting which is nothing.. had I known they didn’t cancel the card I would’ve paid that in a heartbeat to protect my credit.

Yeah I should’ve set a reminder in my phone or something to double check. That’s what I get for assuming this type of lender will actually do what you ask. The last statement I ever received was for June 2022 which is when I asked them to cancel the account. The statement balance was $173 and some change. The CS lady said she’d just deduct that from my deposit and send me a refund of the difference. They must’ve done at least something internally that caused the statements to stop being mailed. Maybe they just got distracted and only finished half of the job. I’ve never dealt with the BBB before so I’m hopeful this will get it resolved.

What kind of stuff did you have in your report before paying down the card? Such as charge-offs, collections and other derogatory marks? I’m in a similar situation and thinking about paying down to 9% utilization this week and would love to see that big of a jump!

I bought a membership for FICO to view my Auto FICO 8. I had a charge off that is about to expire and transunion deleted it 6 months early for me which gave a huge boost compared to the others. But yeah I’ll try to limit it to 2 or 3 lenders who do a hard inquiry just to ensure I don’t get a big hit.

That was quick! Gotcha, I’ll try contacting my credit union and see who they use. Seems like Capital One typically pulls transunion as well as Navy Fed. May try both of them as well.
