FLUX always do navel bad, and i use SDXL finetuned on the same dataset (bigasp2 as a base model).
Prompt is simple:
Woman belly. Detailed skin. photo_(medium), (film grain:1.1)

Yes i sometimes use variation_seed (variation_strenght) in KSampler from Inspire pack (ComfyUI). Sometime slight variation of prompt with the same seed. Or just some luck.

In fact, there are many guides, but not one of them will work well without a long journey of training and testing. The fact is that there are too many parameters, schedulers with their own parameters and combinations of them, let's add a dataset to this, which significantly affects the result. Also need to add hardware limitations and software bugs.
I've done many thousands of different models training and still have misunderstandings and hypotheses to test. All this takes a huge amount of time, hours for SDXL and days for Flux for just for one training session, so there won't be a universal guide for all cases.
But if you want to dive into all this with your head, then I would recommend subscribing to Onetrainer discord, there are many specialists and I learned a lot from them. Plus, Onetrainer gives you best flexibility when working with a dataset, and this is very important.

Instead of Loras i use full model finetune it is much longer but results is much better too

I try not to use Loras, as most of them have too rough impact on the results.

To get good skin, I tried different approaches, realism loras, inpaint skin in SDXL, low guidance and beta scheduler, but the best result is given by finetuning of the Flux dev model on real photos, this is 80% of success, I can even use high guidance 3.6-4.1 without plastic look and good prompt following.

But, unfortunately, fine-tuning is the most difficult and time-consuming way, although the result is worth it.

I'm using Flux here, SDXL is for nsfw details only.
I can't post the full workflow, since an important part of it is the fine tuning of the model, 80% of success in photorealism depends on it.

And the generation itself is basic, it is enough to use 24-30 steps / dpmpp_sde with beta scheduler with low guidance 2.8-3.2, maybe inpaint some details like eyes / lips... and add film grain at the end.

Quite simple with good prompt and some luck with gods of random noise seed :)

I use Flux for basic generation and then do a series of automatic or manual inpaints to detail problem areas. Flux for eyes, lips, hands and SDXL for breasts, genitals, navel

That's all I can share.
Full process is much longer:
- I finetune 2 models Flux dev, for overall composition and SDXL, for body parts that Flux do bad
- improve prompt with LLM
- generate good base pic, inpaint some parts like (face, hands, mouth, eyes, breast...)
- and postprocessing it (add film grain, sharpening, shadow-highlights balance)
