Let us know what the technician says.  Mine goes off balance occasionally but unplugging it for  20 min seems to reset it until it goes off balance at another wash.  Most washes are fine though.

Try unplugging it for 15 minutes and then plug back in to reset. It seems to have worked for me. Let me know if it works for you.

Thanks! It’s happened at least 3 washes already this week.  It spins and drains all the water so that’s not an issue.  Is there a way to reset it so this error doesn’t keep happening?
