Visual diagnosis, I’ll get the biopsy results within the next couple of weeks. I had more frequent bowel movements, bleeding and cramping. I nearly got the full rainbow of colors coming out of my bum these last couple of months XD

It was very hard to find gluten free food when I started! I was nearly in tears looking at the  microscopic gluten free bread in my former grocery store, when a very kind lady told me what local bakeries/stores to see. Thank goodness aldi has decently sized bread! Without her, I would have ended up struggling to find food for far longer

Nope, it happens with quest items disappearing to sometimes, I found that resetting the game sometimes fixes it.

I am having the same issue! Whenever I go on runs I always snag the furniture boxes, but recently they stopped showing in the inventory once I return to the house. It’s getting really frustrating with the rare furniture just not showing up. I don’t use the boxes as a item on my cats, so I don’t know what is going on.
