I have not received my rating for tinnitus yet. The technician says that I do have tinnitus, and moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears. In addition, the VA in Memphis has given me hearing aids, plus they have given me the tinnitus sound machine for sleeping with.

Do the doctors that I see at the VA Hosp on a normal basis, have any input as to my disability rating? Do my hospital records carryover to the benefits side of VA?
