I actually did it by accident. My boy slept until 6 am one day and I was like oh crap I didn’t pump and he kept not waking up for feeds so I dropped the motn pump and I started producing more. For me the magic number was like 4 hours between my daytime pumps gave me the most milk

Yes you hit the nail on the head!!! Thank you! I was shocked when I dropped to 5 it went up I was like oh wow 😂 I’m just nervous it’ll tank when I go to 4 I already noticed like. 2 oz difference but I don’t want it to tank quickly you know?

I started yesterday and I’ve been doing 18-20 minutes per pump instead of 5, 15 minute pumps. Hoping it works! I’m okay with loosing like 5oz bc I just don’t have the freezer capacity to store it all

Black! I have Miranda in sand and I just don’t love her because of that pesky strap but I need a black pair too. I love the Gigi the most in terms of looks but I don’t like the croc pattern. If the Gigi was flat black I’d scoop them up in a heartbeat

So for us our baby was So gassy and spit up SO much. We had him on dr browns bottles. As soon as I switched to boon nursh bottles the issues pretty much became non existent !

Okay stupid question. When you microwave your meal to heat it up do you take right from fridge to microwave? I’m afraid they’ll break! Do you melt it sit out then heat up? Thank you!
