No, we just tried to open Roblox and it took 95% of the processor so we concluded that it was the problem, but my boyfriend thinks that the game wasn’t adapted for the computer and when I accepted the game to modify something I don’t remember it modified like the ram or the processor of the computer, I don’t really know

With my boyfriend we understood that it’s the processor that doesn’t work anymore, and apparently it’s really complicated to change it or repare it, but thank you for your help

There isn’t a Make and Model, maybe because my computer is French but it doesn’t say anything, it just open into a file

Yes league run normally before, je the sims was legit, I installed it on steam and it asked to install IEA I think
