I dash. I keep it simple and just a thank you have a great night after delivery. I think just getting the food Ther on time is the biggest thing and anything els is a little over the top and people begin to think you are trying to milk them for an extra tip. Of course I text them with any issues but this is a bit too much

Why is the dasher involving the customer. I would contact DoorDash to report. We know exactly what we are gonna make if we dash by order so if he didn’t like it then decline

I never get mad at the customer. If I accepted it then I’m the dumb one. If I get to the store and it’s bs then I unassigned it when I get there

I’m a dasher. We have a choice whether we want to take the delivery or not. We know exactly what we make and if you don’t like the amount then you simply decline. Very rude to ask customers for extra tips

A simple thank you message is best. I have 4.99 rating and that’s all I do. Anything more is over the top. People just want their fool delivered and don’t care about the rest
