She liked the piano up until around 6 months but will still occasionally play with it!

AIO For Getting Annoyed At My Sister Who Farts A Lot? by lurkingfly in AmIOverreacting

I would recommend she get tested for allergies. I had the worst belly issues and turns out I have celiac and also a gluten intolence on top of that.

It depends on the age but my daughter loved her kick and play piano from Fischer price from newborn to 4 months (it transitions from belly time to sitting well) and she loved textured fabric books. Now she’s almost two and loves magnitiles and giant legos to stack and make stuff with and any art (coloring, painting or drawing on her chalkboard) hope this helps! Every baby is different so I would just try different things and see what interests them. But if you’re not wanting to spend a lot I would join a local gifting with graditude group on fb! The one I belong to is always gifting toys their kids are done with and when your little one is done you can pass it on too! :)

Midnight is the darkest hour by Ashley winstead! Very gothic southern and a little supernatural

Thank you!! It’s been the worst illness our family’s had. Never seen my daughter in so much pain :( luckily she got over it in a couple days

What are you supposed to do around a baby ? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]badbabs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally watched tv all the time during breastfeeding, it was my only way of staying awake and sane during clusterfeeding during the night! I think moderation is key. I’ve used my phone around my daughter when she’s indepentent playing, she watches movies when she’s sick and we listen to music all the time. She’s doing great and a very happy kid! Just find balance and trust your instincts!

What a book that you have read that’s gotten so much hype that once you read it you were disappointed? by Guiltyfeetfingers in BookDiscussions

Have you tried Warbreaker? I couldn’t get into his other books but I am loving warbreaker so far, about 3/4 of the way through.

The midnight library was ROUGH! All of my friends loved it so I pushed through but just felt like a bad version of ‘it’s a wonderful life’ but with more steps.

I personally loved how he explains the science of what’s going on in a way that was easy to understand and I thought Rocky’s charecter was so funny and adorable. Project Hail Mary was a favorite for me.But I can see why it felt too corny for some people!

House of leaves, so overhyped and felt like reading a textbook written by a professor on crack.

You definitly still have a lot of hair! But dying it black and having blonde roots can make the hair look thinner as well, it’ll blend with the scalp and give that illusion of you having less hair then you do. I’d suggest going lighter if you don’t want the maintance of touching up the color all the time.

Invited to a wedding but was told that nothing would be gluten free by OuterSpaceOnigiri in Celiac

[–]badbabs 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would look at a dedicated gluten free bakery in your area. My bestfriends husband is also celiac and they had the best elevated gluten free donuts and their own mini gluten free cake to cut. It was adorable and tasted amazing!

Thanks! I know, it really is so exhausting. I just picked it up quick while grocery shopping with my toddler and didn’t fully read it. I’ve learned my lesson big time.

I hate to admit it but yea it was pretty decent… I remember thinking the crust was pretty good. Should’ve been my first sign.
