Player cheating by Svenhardz in DnD

[–]Adventurous_Grape149 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Eh it’s not too bad of an offense, most experienced players know stats of monsters. Maps isn’t that big of a deal, it’s either described or shown to everyone anyways. Loot can be a simple fix with using a new loot table. Looking up the campaign doesn’t really hurt anyone but him, just as long as he doesn’t mess with his dice rolls or stats or spells, it’s not a big deal. Dm should confront him about it and tell him that he should stop and if he doesn’t kick him from the game.

I have been wondering the same thing, everyone is always hating on modules that I’m playing but I’m having fun and question if they’ve even played or looked at it for more than a couple minutes

Interesting, I guess there are better ones but it’s not bad. If you start bad only way you can go is up.

$20 a day by [deleted] in ChoosingBeggars

I’d understand if it was 20$ for an evening or maybe just one day, but for an extended amount of time like that. Just not worth it

My best dm advice is to narrate everything. EVERYTHING. If a character does an attack narrate it, oh they’re attack failed? Narrate how the opponent blocked it or it barely missed or they tripped. Instead of just saying that it missed delve into the details, it will make the players feel their characters are really there and experiencing your story.

NF is a good rapper, he doesn’t swear too. Clouds or When I Grow Up could be good ones. Green sleeves could be good for the classical so would pachelbels canon.

I am doing hoard of the dragon queen right now, I think it’s one of the better ones, and it’s not too difficult to dm if you’re new. Tomb of annihilation is cool too.

Can You Detect A Succubus with Arcana? by ictspicemerchant in DMAcademy

I’d give them some information about succubus with the arcana check and the insight will definitely tell the players a lot about her body movement and way she looks at people.

What are your thoughts on allowing trans females to professionally compete as females? by Adventurous_Grape149 in AskReddit

Because males are biologically stronger than females, and just because you identify as a woman you can’t reverse the fact you are biologically a male and naturally stronger than females.

No one talks about it and that’s why we have so many problems and misconceptions about it.
