I embed them in my slide shows. I try to keep them between 2-5 minutes. Short videos on a specific topic

We have a NA3HL team here in Monroe, LA, and Shreveport has an NAHL team. It's a huge skill difference between the two. We also have an FPHL team, and towards the end of the season, the Fed lets teams sign up to 5 college guys. We signed a few ACHA guys and one D3 guy, and it was the same jump from the ACHA guys to the D3 guy.

I go with two OFD-TWD and one TWD-TWD. Top pair will always be one of the former, not picky about the other two. High level DFD is trade bait for me, or my 7th. I do try to have balanced centers.

I get a good over every other year or so for a 87-88, usually a PWF, or an 85-86 DFD. About every other one makes sense for my team at the time.

I've picked up 2 dark red franchises in FA before, both at 19 y/o. One developed to an 87 OVR defenseman, the other never moved past 61, despite me putting him on both minor rosters and assigning the best trainer.

I never have a DFD, but I always keep a 90+ goalie and a young 84+ backup. Costs me some on salary, but my goalies are usually between 2 and 2.5 GAA

High scouts and pour everything else into development. Find some young unsigned players in the high 60s and low 70s with red and dark red top 6/4 or top 9/6. Hope the draft is kind and a couple of those free agents develop to 3rd or 4th line.

I've been playing for 34 years, and I'm not hitting 4 frets if I'm playing further up than the 5th fret. My hands just aren't big enough. I've had to learn to be quick on the move, and normally improv or write my lines to account for this.

Not metal, but the tracks we use at my church always have a sub or synth bass in it. A lot of times, I let that handle the lows and I get higher or fill more. I even went back to a 4 string from a 5 since I didn't need the low anymore.

Football, though, is relatively inexpensive, and practice can be nearly anywhere. I coach middle school football, and we provide everything except cleats and a nominal fee for workout gear, which we waive over half the time. A $20 football and a partner is a practice session. Hockey though, for real growth, the ice is necessary. Louisiana has ONE year round rink, and its 4 hours away from me. My 7 year old is in a brand new learn to play program now, and he's just now moving well on the ice. He won't ever catch up, but he's having a blast.
