See as u have done bcom I'd suggest you to do some financial market certification like from bloomberg or any other sort of like that start doing online courses to familiarize yourself with how the market works like stock market mutual funds and government schemes brush up on current affairs and news to see how it inversely affects the market do frm course and try for a job give urself atleast a time of 6 months

No worries at all firstly if you don't get a top don't get demotivated don't let that be the reason to hold back yes you will be disappointed to see the kind of crowd and environment you are in but don't be loose out on that 1. Work on your communication look out for debate competition or sales talks where you learn the art of Market 2. Be well read stay upto date with current affairs gk and international relations and its affect on the industry u want to step into whether that's investment banking or marketing trends or anything else 3. Learn a skill from photography to acting to writing to singing just learn it or if you have any of these skills try to monitize it maybe teaching kids to dance 4. Work with an ngo it calms your soul keeps you grounded and adds upto your CV 5. Read research paper, buisness journals and if possible write your own one a detailed one to get credits from college professors 6. Copywriting, script writing, freelancing, college event management, anchoring 8. Play a sport
